Our process is built on the full integration of planning, design, and production—three distinct disciplines led by specialists with deep expertise in their craft. Each area is approached with clarity, structure, and intention, allowing us to manage both the creative vision and the technical demands of complex, large-scale events.

PRICE

    • Source, negotiate and manage all venue and vendor partnerships

    • Develop and oversee a comprehensive event budget

    • Manage guest lists, track RSVPs and design a strategic seating plan

    • Select and refine a custom vendor team tailored to each event

    • Support fashion, beauty and the guest experience with concierge-level care

    • Coordinate and direct the full wedding weekend

    • Develop comprehensive environmental design concepts

    • Produce creative floral and non-floral decor

    • Innovate creative paperie and branding for all print and digital materials

    • Produce full-scale holistic design from fabrics and furnishings to lighting and custom installations

    • Transparent planning and design fee of 15% (local) or 18% (destination), with a minimum of $65,000 or $75,000 respectively

    • Production costs (florals, paper, decor, etc.) billed separately

    • Travel costs reimbursed based on actual expenses (detailed in contract rider)

    • Event day staffing (charged per person, per day)

SUMMER VIBRANCE BY THE LAKE

Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Tahoe, this vibrant summer celebration embraced the beauty of the outdoors. Crisp greens, sunny yellows and pops of blue reflected the lakeside setting. After a heartfelt ceremony by the water, guests enjoyed cocktails on the lawn before gathering for a seated dinner. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the celebration continued with an unforgettable dance party under the stars.

A CHIC CELEBRATION AT THE NEW YORK PUBLIC LIBRARY

Elegant, romantic and effortlessly sophisticated, this New York Public Library wedding blended timeless style with modern, minimalist touches. Guests arrived to candlelit stairs, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. At the reception, moody and architectural flowers anchored the dining tables and a live orchestra was framed by a custom stage set. Guests danced the night away under the warm glow of the iconic Library dome before ending the evening at an epic afterparty surrounded by mirror balls and a 40-foot-long display of stunning sweets.
