I’m really touched that you would like to include me and my team in another family celebration - and I’m excited to get to know Jack in the process!     • Source, negotiate and manage all venue and vendor partnerships

    • Develop and oversee a comprehensive event budget

    • Manage guest lists, track RSVPs and design a strategic seating plan

    • Select and refine a custom vendor team tailored to each event

    • Support fashion, beauty and the guest experience with concierge-level care

    • Coordinate and direct the full event weekend

    • Develop comprehensive environmental design concepts

    • Produce creative floral and non-floral decor

    • Innovate creative paperie and branding for all print and digital materials

    • Produce full-scale holistic design from fabrics and furnishings to lighting and custom installations

    • The Planning and Design Fee reserves your event weekend and the Lindsay Landman Events team for the duration of your planning and design process. Your investment in these services for a bar mitzvah in New York will be 18% of paid event contracts, not to be less than $75,000

    • Production costs (flowers, paper, decor, digital assets, etc.) billed separately

    • Event day staffing fees charged at the rate of $1,000 per person, per day on site
